Every year a comprehensive plan for the overall review of quality, hygiene and technology is created, which guarantees the compliance with corresponding quality control requirements.

In case of some analyses we co-operate with external laboratories, however, our great advantage is having our own laboratory for microbiology, which was renewed in 2013. The devices TEMPO® and VIDAS ® marketed by the company BioMerieux have been put into operation, whereby analysis procedures could be accelerated and standardized, and due to the barcode sample identification, traceability was increased to an even higher level.

By our automated microbiology system, we can exclude non-complying raw materials prior to use, to assess our manufacturing environment, as well as the compliance of our finished products with food safety requirements. During production, the control of compliance with the quality and hygiene parameters specifically regulated for each product and their explicit conformity is performed by quality auditors.
